Customers need to fill in the item information form + letter of support and agree to the quotation before they can get the warehousing number and warehousing address. Each warehouse entry number corresponds to the number of packages filled in when submitting the form. If the actual number of parcels delivered exceeds the predetermined number, a new warehouse entry number must be re-applied. It is recommended to consult the merchant about the total number of packages before placing an order.

Customers should contact the manufacturer/seller by themselves to ensure that each package must be labelled with the warehousing number. If the warehouse entry number is not attached, the warehouse will reject it.

Customers need to cooperate with easy2go to provide the information required for customs declaration and clearance. If the declaration is inaccurate or the national contraband is sent, the fines are seized and the law is violated, and the responsibility is borne by the sender (customer). Please be sure to declare the item information correctly.

Compensation standard: a. Fragile items are not compensated, and valuables should be consigned with caution. b. Please pack the goods well, and the damage during transportation is not covered by the compensation. c. If you need insurance, please purchase it separately.

- Due to the limited space of the container, the final quotation is based on the [final actual volume] measured by the warehouse staff, such as the overall volume of the pallet, wooden rack, or the actual volume of the foamed goods, which are calculated based on the highest, longest and most comprehensive. The "factory volume" shall not prevail.
- If the item is over-length and over-weight, the over-length and over-weight charges will be calculated separately. Goods weighing more than 500KGS per cubic meter are heavy goods; a single item exceeding 1.5 meters on one side is an ultra-long goods, and there will be additional fees, such as operation fees, delivery fees, etc.
- If the actual volume of the goods exceeds your acceptable range, you need to arrange and pay for the return.
- At present, our quotation team first estimates the cost, and the size and weight after the warehouse receive the measurement shall prevail. We will give you the exact price and invoice again. Our quotation includes complete shipping services, such as shipping freight, customs clearance, customs declaration, warehouse collection, container loading, and delivery services after customs clearance, without any hidden costs. Please note that the above quotation does not include the VAT AND DUTY generated by Irish customs and possible customs inspection fees. The customs duties are reimbursed when the goods arrive in Ireland for customs clearance, and we will eventually provide a customs clearance form for your reference.
